Returns
Damaged Goods, Returns and Claims: All shipments damaged in transit MUST be signed for as
damaged and the carrier must be notified as well as J.V.Converting. Defective or missing
merchandise not accountable to the carrier must be reported to J.V.Converting
within 30 days. Returns to stock must also be requested within 30 days of delivery.
We cannot accept returns after 90 days.
Limitation of Liability
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall J.V.Converting Co., Inc be liable for any incidental or
consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of use or production, or loss of capital. The remedies of purchaser set forth herein are exclusive and total liability of J.V.Converting Co., Inc. with respect to any contract or anything in connection therewith, such as the performance or breach hereof, or from the manufacture, sales, delivery, resale, installation, or use of any products, whether arising out of contract, negligence, strict tort, or under any warranty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the products upon which liability is based.
